I can not make the controls work with their sound, how do I configure Kit Calm®?

It is very easy go to user´s manual and read the section “device configuration”(page 3-4). Remember to keep the buttons pressed for at least 5 seconds!

Can I use several Kit Calm® in the same space without interference between them or other equipment?

Yes of course. Each receiver will work only only with its transmitters. Kit Calm® works with 433MHZ self-learning codes and its use is completely safe and without interference.

Can I install Kit Calm® in all types of dental units?

Yes, you can. The Kit Calm special holder has been developed to fit most dental units. Fits columns between 43-68 mm in diameter. However, in any case, it could be used without placing it in the holder, for example by placing it on a horizontal surface. You can also contact us and we will manufacture a customized support for you.

Is it totally free shipping?

How can I pay my order?

How long does shipping take?

The Kit Calm In. Co. team will do everything possible to send you your order as soon as possible, usually the same day, or the next day. The shipment usually takes 48h in Spain and some more time for the rest of the world

If I lose a button, do I have to buy another complete device?

No, any Kit Calm® remote control can be configured with any receiver. For a small fee we can replace the lost command.

Is it safe to buy in the Kit Calm´s online store? Are my data safe?

Your purchase is 100% safe. Both our website and our BBVA payment gateway have SLL certificates. In addition, Kit Calm Co. complies with all data protection regulations, and does not share its databases with third parties, so you can rest assured in this regard.
